INVITATION TO: Wellbeing Festival – Connecting Social Prescribing, Nature, and Heritage

You are warmly invited to attend the Brecks Wellbeing Festival on Wednesday, March 13th, 10.30 to 3.15pm at Carnegie Hall in Thetford.

This event is hosted by the Restoration Trust and the Brecks Fen Edge and Rivers Landscape Partnership Scheme (a National Lottery Heritage Fund supported landscape and heritage project). The event will connect healthcare providers and social prescribers with local heritage, nature, and arts organisations that offer wellbeing activities.

The festival will feature keynote speeches on social prescribing and human-nature connections, an exhibitor marketplace showcasing wellbeing offerings, and the opportunity to hear from people who have lived experience of heritage and nature prescriptions.

Wellbeing taster activities are on offer, including noticing walks, immersive experiences, films and creative response sharing.

Please click here to register and help spread the word by circulating the attached poster within your networks.

We hope you can join us for this celebration of community health, nature, and creativity!
