This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme is anxiety. For Mental Health Awareness Week, Norfolk Records Office staff have been running Change Minds at King’s Lynn Borough Archive with the Restoration Trust. This lets local students explore County Asylum records, research patients and produce artworks in response.
