From 10 to 29 July 2023, we are delivering an Archaeology for Wellbeing project at Warham Camp Iron Age Fort, near Wells Next The Sea. Warham Camp is a large and very well-preserved iron age fort sitting within agricultural land and is a scheduled monument.
Our leaflet about the project gives you a very good idea of what participants can expect when taking part, and answers lots of FAQs.
Taking part is free and transport including a light lunch is provided each day. People don’t have to attend every day (11am to approx. 2pm), people can dip in and out on days when they wish.
