We are delighted that the Town Close Estate Charity has awarded us part of the matched funding we need for Culture Quest, our partnership with Julian Support which involves significant input from Norwich Castle Museum and Norwich Arts Centre, both ACE National Portfolio Organisations.

Here’s Pasco Kevlin, the cheerful Director of Norwich Arts Centre.

Here’s the Castle Museum – notoriously described by one of our trustees as resembling a medieval multi-storey carpark.

It is really pleasing that CQ, which connects marginalised people living in a single postcode in Norwich with art and music of international stature, should be locally supported. In fact the charity, one of three managed by Norwich Charitable Trusts, defines its beneficiaries as ‘resident within a 20-mile (straight line) radius from the Guildhall, Gaol Hill, Norwich, NR2 1NF.’

Think global, act local, to coin a phrase.
